At Timery, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a straightforward refund policy in accordance with Dutch law. Please review the details below:
Eligibility for Refunds
Timeframe: You have the right to request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order.
Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging and tags intact. Custom watches do not apply for this refund policy.
Refund Process
1. Initiate a Return: You can easily request a return yourself by following the link in your order confirmation
2. Return Portal: You will be greeted with our return portal
3. Return QR: You can choose the carrier, and get the retour QR code
4. Drop-Off: Drop off your return package at a drop off point of your chosen carrier and show the QR
5. Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.
6. Refund: If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
International Returns (Outside of the Netherlands)
Shipping Costs: For international returns, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Customs and Duties: Any customs fees, import duties, or taxes incurred during the return process are your responsibility.
Timeframe: International refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, but please allow additional time for the return to reach us.

EU Consumer Rights
In accordance with EU consumer rights, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. This right applies to both domestic and international orders within the EU.
